Exchange & Refunds
We are happy to exchange products, if you choose the wrong size, provided they have not been worn. Due to health regulations, we cannot exchange briefs, hosiery or swimwear. Please choose these products carefully.
Please note, we have a strict exchange policy:
- Products must be unworn.
- All tags must be attached.
- Products must be unmarked and clean.
- A receipt of purchase must also be shown at the time of exchange.
- Postage to be paid by the buyer for returns.
Please be aware in some cases we may refuse an exchange, due to stock issues. We do not offer exchanges on SALE items.
Faulty Products
Lady Bird Noosa takes great pride in offering our customers quality products, however if you do find that you have received a product with a manufacturing fault, please phone or email, with a photo of the fault. We will replace the item & return the replacement to you at our cost, as soon as possible. Please note, an original receipt of purchase must be shown.
Refunds
